Bobby Hotel Map

Bobby Hotel in Nashville, TN needed a map for their concierge to direct guests to Bobby's favorite locations around town. This map, inspired by spot color maps of years past, features local hotspots in the downtown area, East Nashville, Germantown, 12 South and The Gulch. Conceptually, the map is from "the desk of Bobby," the hotel's elusive and well-traveled namesake. Texture and hand-written notes are used to create the illusion of an old, well-loved map. Iconography is used as a wayfinding element to distinguish various types of locations for guests to explore.
